Emirate Pilots started with a frustration every aviator knows: the people who move the world rarely get to plan their own time off well. Rosters shift, leave windows are narrow, and by the time you've sorted flights and a hotel, the rest you needed is already half gone.

So we built the opposite of that — a calm, roster-aware way to plan leave that pairs real destinations with the on-the-ground logistics crews actually need. Pick a window, get a reset that fits it, and let the details be handled.

Account details you give us (name, email, rank and base), the leave requests you create, and any documents you choose to upload.

How we use it

To run your dashboard, process leave approvals, and arrange travel and logistics on your behalf. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

You can update or remove your information at any time, and ask us to delete your account. Roster sync is always opt-in.

We provide the service "as is" and aren't liable for third-party travel providers. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

How does leave planning work?

Tell us your window and the kind of reset you want; we suggest a destination and let you submit it as a leave request that moves through approval.

Is roster sync required?

No — it's fully opt-in. Without it you can still plan and request leave manually.

How do approvals work?

Each request runs through six stages, from submission to crewing confirmation. You can follow every step live on your dashboard.

Are the charter prices real?

Charter figures are indicative estimates. Submitting the form sends your request to our team, who reply with confirmed options.

How do I get an account?

Accounts are created by your organisation's admin — there's no public sign-up. Once created, sign in from the Sign In button.

Is my data secure?

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and sessions expire automatically. For production we recommend a server-side backend for full security.
